so today is the day that I finally make this happen.  I have been half-a**ing it for too long, and now I am ready to get the last 15-20 off!!  Any suggestions, help, encouragement would be great!

My only tip is to make changes you can live with to the way you eat and exercise

REMEMBER that this is a lifestyle change ppl will get mean, you will get tired, and when you have achieved your 1st goal you will push harder.. this takes time! much luck 
I'm also a member of the half-a** club.  Today is the day I was planning on making the rest of the changes that I've been letting slide.  Let's go for it.

I did fairly well yesterday and today.  I stayed below 1400.  I'm going for 1200-1400.  12 on a good day and 14 on a off day.  I figure as long as I st.ay below 14 I should be doing okay.
