Too bad I ordered all those french lessons before I started my workout.

 

Hopefully, Once I slim down, the bio-oil I use on my pesky stretch marks will go away.

which turbo jam do you all use? Im looking for a mostly cardio type...any suggestions?

 

Hi everyone,

So I started today with Learn and Burn.  I'm estimating that I burned about 200 calories.  I'm going to be purchasing a heart monitor 'cause it's driving me crazy not knowing how much I'm burning!

I'm thinking the ones with the most cardio or the Cardio Parties.  I start Cardio Party tomorrow so I'll post back and let you all know what it's like. 

For those of you that have already done it, is Cardio Party a good fat burner?

 

 

Did mine today!  I am loving this!  Tomorrow I am moving from the learn and burn to the 20 minute work out.  Hope I can keep up.  Today I upped the intensity of the learn and burn and was really starting to sweat.  I DON"T SWEAT...so that says something. 

As weird as this sounds, I am starting to get hope that this may work this time and it scares me.  If it doe'nt work, it will be that much more disappointing. 

Oh Gawd.. I'm back on the forums! I was doing so great with slim in 6, (lost 25), then gained 10 back cause.. well.. I LOOOOOVVVVEEEEE FOOOOOD! That and I think I just peeked with Slim in 6..

But I've just got done with the Turbo Jam lean and burn.. and extremly excited! So keep up the good work and I'll be trailing along with you!

how many calkories did you eat &how many minutes of working out did you do?

cardio party mix 1, punch,kick &jam, &20 min workout are my faves.

i actually havent tried the turbo sculpt yet because i dont have 2 weights, only 1

my TJ coach said the learn and burn (together) can burn up to 250 calories if you are really doing it...
how about the 20-min workout? i count it as 100. &the cardio party at about 200...
I think that is a low estimate...really low.  if the learn and burn is 250 if you totally do it...I heard the 45 min one can burn close to 1000 an hour.  I think that is for a man and about 800 for a woman.  I have an e-mail in to my coach for the 20 min calorie burn.  I will let you know what he says.

Ok, I didn't want to, I tried to resist but you all sucked me in!!  I love Turbo Jam.  I got it for christmas and have been doing it a couple of times per week.  Since I cannot workout outside much (in Chi-town with much snow and below 0 temps) I pop in a workout tape as my alternative and Turbo Jam is my favorite. 

As for calories burned, I too am curious to know, I usually put down somewhere around 350 per 45 minute session.  Anyway, if we can get a more accurate count here I'd love it.  I'm too lazy to do the work myself, workout is hard enough ehehehe! 

Love what it's doing for my abs and love that Capoeiora (sp??) stuff, I think that's my favorite part.  I am also working on looking as cool as Chalene does when I do the workout.  Good thing the only one who ever sees me is my nephew and he thinks I'm hilarious!  Of course my dogs see me too but they just think, why is this chica jumping around in the basement when we could be running her butt all over the neighborhood, we'll give her Turbo Jam!!  poor puppies

I have just enough time to post that I did Turbo Sculpt today for Day 3 and loved it!

I also ordered my heart monitor with calorie counter today so I should get that in a few days, then I'll have a better idea of what I'm burning.  I'll share my results with you all and then you can estimate what you're burning, based on your height and weight.

Sorry I didn't get a chance to read through the posts, but I'll be back later to give individual shout outs!

my TB coach said that the 20 minute workout burns 250 calories...hope he is right
switched to the 20 minute work out today!  I will stay with that until I can do it...not endurance, just getting my arms and legs to cooperate with me :-0  It was fun though. 
Hello! I still haven't received my full order yet but I do still have my "borrowed" TJ dvds. Ok, I just tried the Ab Jam workout and I must say I think it is seriously one of the best ab workouts I've ever done. It is 20 minutes (10 mins upright, 10 minustes of floor work). Give it a try and chime in and tell me what you think!

i have the basic two videos of turbo jam and i absolutly love it. if you follow the program, the loss of 10 lbs, and 10 inches in 10 days works, i actually lost 11 lbs and 12 inches in 10 days. i had to alter my diet a little because i am not much of a veggie eater, but its awsome.  in 1 month i lost 18 inches and 19 lbs. but i fell into a deep depression and quite the program, i gained 14 lbs back sadly. but i just started the program again this past monday, and this time i'm not giving up!!! Everyone in the videos are so insperational. It's groovy!!

Good luck with the program, i know that you will enjoy it.

I have been doing this for 2 weeks and I have lost 4 inches already.   I have been learning it and only doing the learn and burn.  I did the 20 minute workout ONCE.  So once I have the moves down and switch from 4 days to 5 I think I will keep losing those inches!  This really works!
