Hey everyone,
So I have almost all the videos now, and it's tons of fun.
I have gotten to my 1st goal weight, now I am trying for the next goal.
I was looking at the 10 day kick start package but I was wondering since I have all the videos is there someone out there who wants to let me know what the meal plan is like? Is there a way to just buy the meal plan?
Thanks
Leah
Lisseth, contact customer service at teambeachbody and they'll send it to you.
Shanda, I've tried the Kick Start eating plan.
KPP!

I am so glad I read this post today. I'm a TurboKick instructor, (the classes kind)...In our training, we learned that the average participant, (a test group) burned roughly 800 calories an hour. Of course, it all depends on gender, intensity level, age, current weight, etc. etc. etc. I wore a very accurate heart rate monitor several times now during sessions, and averaged burning a little over 800 calories an hour. I'm 26, a female, 5'5" and about 120-122 pounds...so someone who has a profile similar to mine can expect to burn roughly around the same amount. Turbo is a great way to burn calories, tone, etc. Hope that helps! =)
***All of this info is for the 60 minute Turbo Kick classes found at gyms across the nation. These stats are not for the video kind. thought I should clarify...=)
I'm glad that you posted! I am much older, so I burn fewer calories, even with maximum intensity. Your info will help so many of the younger folks. Thanks!

what the difference between the actual classes &the videos?
Hi All, I'm new to this site. I've got the Turbojam Cardio party (45 min) and Ab Jam. I'm almost 40, 5"3', and weighed in at 210 lbs this morning. I want to lose 70 lbs long term, but the first 40 by end of summer.
Is this for someone at my weight, or just those who have less to lose and have been exercising for some time.
I've tried it and it's hard, I sweat a lot. I'm going to stick to it for a few weeks and see what happens.
I've also got Slim in 6 (bought it after I had my son - he'll be 4 in a few weeks). It seemed to complicated so I never got started. Any comments on Slim in 6?
