stay away from 60 calorie caramel jello pudding

Quote  |  Reply

I was in the market today and I saw these caramel jello pudding cups and they looked really good and they were only 60 calories per cup! And big cups! So I bought a pack! I was so excited to try them.

I just ate one and it was ...............

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Honestly, it just tastes like creamy plastic stuff eugghhhh. It didnt taste at all like caramel, and it wasn't even sweet.

I looked at the ingredients and of course, they all had tons of X's and Y's and -thol endings, and I had never heard of any of them.

They also make you feel sick. I am warning you. Stay away from these things.

I have had them too and they are pretty nasty.... some of the other flavors of the 60 calorie kind are good.... vanilla, double chocolate, even the minty chocolate and espresso chocolate or whatever it was called... the caramel was the only bust although i did eat all 6 ... not in one sitting of course :)

Agreed.

I like the chocolate and vanilla flavors just fine, though.

SAME thing with the "carmel " fiber one that they just made

ugh

its not bad. but it definately doesnt taste like carmel to me!

I had the 60 calorie sugarfree Dulce De Leche one and it was delicous :)
my grocery store didn't have many sugar free flavors so I got the vanilla and it was really good :)
Aww! I loved the caramel (dulce de leche) flavor!! I wish you could find a way to mail them to Alabama!! =)
I got the unrefridgerated Hunts SF pudding pack, vanilla chocolate and butterscotch (like carmel).

Of the three only butterscotch had a bad aftertaste.  Strangely though, after not tossing it I guess I adjusted to it because now I dont taste it.

Then again I intially bought both Hunts and Snackpack to compare.  Hunts while lower calorie didnt taste as good but I bought more of it because of the calories.  Now that I love the taste, Im starting to rethink my idea of certain foods I can grow to like.

Kozy Shack, No Sugar Added, Apple Pie a la Mode (dairy dessert)

YUMMO :)

70 Calories, 2 grams of fat, 4 grams of sugar, 2 grams of protein

Don't try the black forest though, icky!

The chocolate of both brands is pretty good (the Hunts non-refrig and the Jello brand that DOES need to go in the fridge.)

I don't eat them that much, my husband has them occasionally for a snack ... we were not impressed with the Hunts vanilla - it wasn't BAD, it just ... wasn't much flavor at all.
