Recipe Ingredients for steak and potatoes

1 lb sirloin steak
1 1/2 lb red potatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/2 cup onion
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for steak and potatoes

  1. marinate steak overnight in red wine,2 cloves crushed garlic, sugar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil( it will only absorb about half that, which is why I put 1/2 tbls in the calorie counter portion)

  2. Spray Pam on a nonstick frying pan. Sear steak. Move to broiler. Cook to desired doneness. Or, grill.

  3. broil or grill peppers and onions.

  4. Cut potatoes into 1 inch squares. Spray lightly with pam. Salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 clove minced garlic and rosemary. (lemon pepper seasoning would also be tasty

  5. )

  6. Roast until crispy on the outside, and tender inside.

  7. When Steak is done, let rest 5-10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
