Thank you for making me laugh.
I wish I had heard of the programme last saturday night when I went out to eat at a Chinese Restaurant.  I did eat with chopsticks though, and that was almost like being twelve steps away from the food lol.  I have still managed to lose 2.2kgs for my first week of calorie counting. I even went and bought Jillian Michaels book Winning By Losing.  For such a tiny person she is very scary, but also very knowledgable.

I am not expecting such a big drop in weight at the next weeks weigh in but even a couple hundred grams will do me.

So I hope you stick to the 12 step programme just_bethy, try eating with chopsticks, even if it's not Chinese food it might be why there are so many skinny Chinese people,  he hee.
