Hi there!  Getting set up for the start of our next group challenge.  Our first "official" weigh-in day will be next Friday, Nov. 7th.  New members welcome until Nov. 7th and then we will be closing since it's a relatively short challenge time frame. (EDITED DATE)

BF: 27.8%

I'm in!  Hopefully I'll be a bit more motivated this round to compensate for the cold weather... I just don't want to make the trek to the gym in this weather!

SW: 156

GW: 143 (That should put me just on/under the healthy BMI line, anything else is bonus!)

So I'm shooting for at least 13 pounds.  We'll see how it goes!

Count me in too.  I need some motivation since I didn't meet my Halloween goal. (Way too much chocolate in the house!!!) I finally drug myself into the gym today and I feel a lot better now!

i am definitely in! i'm hoping to weigh in at 110-115 lbs. by the start of the new year.

SW: around 125 lbs.

GW: preferably 110 lbs.

I don't know how accurate my starting weight is though because when I weighed myself (yesterday) I was hungover and dehydrated lol.

Hi, Just checking in.  I see that we are weighing in on Friday instead of today.  Thats good for me.  I am so proud of myself- today I went to McDonalds and didn't get anything for myself.  I waited until I got home and had a Lean Gourmet meal.  That was a way better choice.  Tough though, I LOVE CHICKEN NUGGETS!  Anyway, I thought that I would mention the Lean Gourmet meals.  They are really good and you can pop them in the microwave for a quick meal.  Best of all, they only cost about a dollar each.  My favorites are the shrimp and veggies and the chicken alfredo.  I'll check back Friday.  Have a great rest of the week!

I was wondering if it was possible to join this posting without weighing in. I don't have regular access to a weighing scale, but I think my current weight is ~122 lbs. I saw on your last challenge that it was a spreadsheet just rating how you did over the week - could I complete that instead and not worry too much about weigh-ins? Plus, I want to get toned, so I will notice if I'm losing fat or not.

I'd be interested in seeing what you have to say on the above post, Stewmama :)

So I ate about 500 over maintenance last night stressing at the election drama.  I'm over it though because it was a kind of off week with halloween and the visiting parents.

Today I actually pushed myself to go to the gym despite not wanting to.  I got 30 minutes of vigorous exercise on an elliptical before I had to stop - there was no way I could have made it 45.  Add that to the 80 minute round trip walk to the gym and I'm at goal exercise for the day.  Maybe I'll do some weights later since I've slacked on that.

Still down this morning despite all that... hope it stays that way for friday!

I'm going to start my tracking for this group from the end of the last challenge (Oct 31st).

GW: 160 (possibly 155, will see when I get there)

If I can get to 160...that would be awesome...but 11.4lb in 8 weeks seems a little more realistic than 16.4lb in 8 weeks.
