If I stick with this plan should I definitely lose weight?

Quote  |  Reply

I'm having a hard time sticking with any plan.  But I know that if I feel certain that if I stick to a particular plan I will definitely lose weight then I will stick with it.   That being said this is my plan:

Stats:  35 yoa  ,  183 lbs,  5'5"  ,  Female

Daily Calorie Burn (according to the burn meter on here) for sedentary:  1850

Daily intake plan:  1400-1500

Drink 2 liters of water per day

Minimum daily exercise:  enough cardio to burn 200 cals.  (Minimum)

So my question is if I still to this plan is there any way that I WON'T lost weight?   If I know that I will def lose weight then I know I will stick with the plan.

I think that you should be good with the losing weight. Just make sure you are eating foods to keep you nourished, as dieting tends to allow less room for people to get all the nutrition they need. And as you lose weight, the amount of calories you need goes down too.

50% of the time it'll work every time.

yeah and for the other 50% I'd say it's gonna work!

Tongue out

serious, I think you be good

I got about the same stats as you, ok well, ok, I am a tad bit older, I came down from 198, I am now 179. I have about the same DCB and keep the same deficit. Only thing I would say is to keep your cardio interesting, hustle it up, and expect in the beginning of starting work outs to have water retention (and so that means weight fluctuation), this is normal, don't freak out over it. Also give yourself a days rest sometimes, so not necesarily work out 7 days a week.

happy losing!!!
