Anyone heard of this or used it? Basically, you make bets with yourself- if you do A, B, and C, you keep whatever you wager- if not, it's donated to charity. Thoughts?

I have, it works, seriously. It makes you feel good when you reach your goal and if you feel like you havent lost much but STILL meet goal, then you don't feel bad because you're steal sticking to your plan. It also doesn't reward you for going OVER your weekly goal, if you're 160 and you put 1.5 a week to lose and you lose 3, then even though your GOAL weight for week one would be 158.5 and week two would be 157 originally, it will STAY 157, it doesn't mark you at end of week one at 157 then you have to lose 1.5 off of that. It wants to you to maintain the 1.5 you put but if you go extra hard, you can relax a little the next weigh in cause you've already met goal, if you end up losing more, then thats good too!
