Stomach BLoating?????////

Okay so after  loosing weight , about last week I had a pretty nice stomache after about 6 months of dieting and was for the first time in  along time happy about appearance  . Know this week it seems as though my stomach is not the same and when i wake up in the morning it seems as though it is full(with the way it looks and feels). I know it is not because of my eating though because i only eat fruits and vegetables and fish. and the only carbs i eat is cereal so i have no idea why my stomah is doing this please helllpp oh and the dairy i have skim milk, and yogurt...any advice is appreciated :)

U tend to get bloated stomach when u eat lots of fiber (fruits n vegetables).. Just experiment with different foods n see what gets u bloated n what doesn't :D

does the bloating from the fibre filled foods last a long time? or is is temporary??

Um, this would probably be the one time in your life you wished you could fart even in public and didn't care.Surprised

The most simple remedy for bloating due to excess fiber is to drink, drink drink!  Fluids will in a way counteract the fiber, move it along, you get the picture.  Ih the mean time, eat small meals.  Gentle exercise sometimes helps too (walking, yoga, etc).  When I get bloated, putting a heating pad on my stomach can help.  

Hi there, I used to suffer from bloating also and it was definitely from the veggies!

My suggestion is to spread them throughout the day, and never eat too many at once.  Also I found cooked was better than raw in  most cases.

Like belfish said, better cooked than raw to prevent the bloating. For me it only lasts to the morning after, so not that long.

KTBABY, I totally understand how you feel. I just began my journey on June 29th and I have been eating A LOT more fruit & veggies. I feel so bloated & I know its from the veggies. I've found that walking for about 20-30 minutes helps mine move along a little better. But I sometimes still feel like I want to pass gas like mommakitty said...lol.  Embarassed
