Basically I am pretty happy with my body except for my stomach,I would just like it to be a bit flatter really. I was wondering if someone could draw me up a weekly fitness plan of what cardio and toning exercises to do which could help me make it a bit more attractive for the summer months as well as any foods which are known to decrease bloating etc. Currently I play netball 3 times a week and do pilates twice a week and I also do a weekly half hour run...I am 17 and weight 135 pounds and if there is anything else you need to know tell me...thankyou very much guys!! I really do appreciate it!

I don't know. There may not be anything to fix. At 5'10"/135, you are already pretty slender. The Pilates is designed to focus on your core and should be tightening your abs. You might want to switch to karate. That should give you more confidence, if nothing else. You could also consider running and biking. But you seem to be pretty solid already.
man you really want a lot of info, it is hard to do with out knowing what you are currently doing know. You are trying to spot reduce which doesn't exist. up your cardio a bit to about 45 minutes and maybe add another day of cardio. if you want a better tummy you have to reduce the body fat.
I struggle with the same problem. I am lean and slender, as I am a high perfomrance athlete (i run track). I have been doing an 8 min abs tape 6 days a week for about 2 months, and so far I have nor seen any results. I think you are workign out a lot, so it must not be lack of exercise. MAybe it is some of the things in your diet. Eat lean meats and foods that are low in fat, as you should also continue your exercise.
