Last night I was in pain from muscle aches and wanted to vomit, had chills and sweats throughout the evening and just felt weak and like utter crap. Today I've been taking it easy and was feeling a bit better (until this past hour, when everything is hitting again) but my stomach has been hurting/feeling nauseous all day..

Sometimes I feel hungry, so I try to eat something, but afterwards it just feels like I've swallowed a bag full of stones. Other times it's just giving me little reminders of how it's doing, usually through a little nudge of pain.

I tried a little skim milk and mini-wheats for breakfast and that was a no-go... and a salad for lunch also hit me like a brick. The only thing that has been sitting without any repercussions is jello. 
I'm at 650 calories today and it's already past 6pm... I'm hungry but have no desire to eat. Yesterday I just made it to 1300 calories

Should I just focus on getting well right now? Will a few days like this be a bad thing? I would go to the doctor but the nearest clinic is 6.2km away and I'm on foot... What is your advice CC?

And now it's almost 9:30 and I forced my way up to about 950 calories, but I feel like crap...

I'm thinking of a neocitrin and then hitting the sack... I'm just worried that this will keep up until I'm better and am worried that too many days will send me bak into starvation mode. (Or just re-trigger my ED tendancies)..

I would be worried. Call/walk in to your doctor tomorrow if you have time and see what is going on.

Go to your doctor.  Severe abdominal pain can be caused by many different things - many of them quite dangerous - and should never be ignored.  If you're too far away from your doctor and your mobility is affected, request a home visit or try to get a lift from a neighbour.
