I can see my ribs and hip bones when I lye down, then poof they disappear when I get up!  LOL!  I had a friend that happened to.  She was a size 1 and at the end of the day she could convince anyone she was 3 months pregnant.

I don't have an answer for your question, sorry.
You finish digesting while you sleep, you lose an inch or two at night. Weight fluctuates during the day, it's inevitable and normal. If you consume a lot of sodium during the day it's worse. Be sure you're drinking enough water.

Unfortunate fact of life.
grrr i hate when this happens to me too! in the morning im like hey i look good. then at night i just want to break the mirror! lol

if you eat smaller meals instead of 2 huge ones, and drink water through out the day instead of chugging it all at once, i find it helps a bit
same here... but i dont think theres any way to avoid it unfortunately :( i just try to not look in the mirror later on because i become disgusted with myself!
While you sleep, your body is going hours without any type of food, so naturally your stomach is going to temporarily shrink. You're also lighter in the morning than you are at night, and the reason is pretty self explanitory. You have no food in your belly.

Ugh. I'm the same way. First thing in the morning I look at my belly and I'm like "yes! I can do this! Just 90 more pounds and it can look like this ALL the time" lol Then night time hits and I check my belly again after dinner, and I'm just like "blah". I know it's going to change, but there's always that part of me that wishes it didn't.

It sucks, but what can ya do.

I think we all have this...we are skinnier looking in the morning.

If you want to maintain a non-bulging stomach don't overeat. Make sure to burn your calories before taking more in.

With me, I think it is water bloat and gas!
I drink a ton of water and just about everything I eat now gives me a gassy tummy.
