my stomach talks during school!!!
Okay you all have these issues every now and again. You eat breakfast but your tummy still talks, it grumbles and wines and chews down on the food you ate. I have it EVERYDAY. No matter how much i eat (im at 2500 calories to lose!), it still makes noise. Granted i eat a lot of fiber through veggies so it may be my stomach digesting but still! i try to scrunch my stomach and it stops but then it makes my abs all sticky-out.
anyone have any tips on how to deal with the grumbling?
ALSO, anyone exercise before school? what do you do? how long?
hmmm... when you eat chew really well and eat slowly that way you give your stomach more time to digest...and drink water or some liquid that will help break down your food better
as for the exersise... i personally dont before school but if you want something that will wake u up but not make you stinky, yoga is perfect. this website has a 1 hour free yoga class everyday (video) i do this about every night and it's amazing and i makes you more alert!

I have the same problem. I drink water throughout the day, it helps a bit. Also, go to the bathroom regularly ![]()
Haha! This happens to me all the time. Worse yet, my stomach will find the most inopportune moment to start "revving" up during a class. I play it off usually, though I am incredibly embarrassed. I don't have any tips for you, since I let my stomach grumbling come an' go. As for exercising in the morning, I've wanted to try it for some time now but, I haven't the time, patience or energy to in the morning. I'm sure you could pull it off if you started shifting your CLOCK (Circ-Rhythm) toward the Morning Lark status. I am a Night Owl. :P
