last night I had a horrible stomach ache today I have a horrible stomach ache it feels like my stomach flipped inside out, could it be because I have upped my calories? or could I be allergic to something? it hurts!! ~erica

Could be that your body is reacting to having to digest a little more food.... in which case, help things along by drinking more fluids. Could be you ate something nasty or unclean.... not much you can do there except wait it out.
