Stone 4 Christmas - Weigh In Every Wednesday
Hi does anyone want to join me in my quest to lose a stone for Christmas. I Had my weight down to 14Stone 10Pound but then i have gone back up to 15Stone 8 Pound. Weigh in every Wednesday. I think i would do better knowing people are with me on this. Also maybe people could say what their up and downs were during each week.
CW - 15 Stone 8 Pound
XGW* - 14 Stone 10 Pound

Hi, I'll join you. To lose 14 lbs in 9 weeks seems reasonable. Of course, I've said that in the past and haven't done it. This time I am exercising so I'm hoping that makes the difference. I hate exercising and it's a mental game to get myself there (the gym). Once I'm there I good. So weird. Anyway, here are my stats.
CW - 201.2
XGW* - 187

I'm extremely down with this. I'd love to lose at least a stone before I go home for the holidays.
Current weight: 14 stone 7 (as of October 2nd or so)
X-mas Goal weight: 13 stone 5
I'm pretty sure I've lost weight since October 2nd, but I've been unable to weigh myself. I actually won't be able to weigh in until Halloween. But I'll bring a scale back to college with me after Halloween, so I'll be able to do the weekly weigh-ins after that.

Good Morning,
I have had my weekly weigh in and I have lost 1 pound which I am pleased with although i had hoped for 2. My up side to this week was getting a good breakfast and not drinking any fizzy juice. Although my down side was i ate a KFC which sent me about 500 cals over my daily amounton one of my days. I also started back to the gym but this seems to be slipping away so i have to get back into it without issue.

I almost missed this today, kept thinking it was only Tues, lol. I've been really good about hitting the gym and eating good but today I have a serious case of the munchies. I'm trying to keep it under control with water but I've already drank 2 liters and it isn't helping much. Guess I'll just have to add some time to my workout tonight to make up for the snack I just had. Hope everyone had a good week!

WOW ! Sounds good. I just found this post but I'm all for it. Now i didn't weigh in this Wednesday because of my cycle and I didn't wanna disappoint myself because of the bloatedness(is that a word..Lol) I had a short term goal of 20-25 lbs by my b-day(Nov 19) but why stop their.

This past week didn't go well. I missed two days of gym time and overate on the weekend. I know I need to be more diligent in order to meet this challenge. Oh well, back on the band wagon.

been really unhealthy last two weeks god weighing on wednesday probs put on half a stone :/
Nothing lost this week even though I've been diligent about the gym and meeting my calories. Not sure what's going on. I'm going to try adding more cardio in the hopes that it gets the scale moving.

I did up the cardio this week but I also upped my cals. 1250 was just too low. I've averaged about 1500 this week and am very happy with the results. Hope everyone else is doing well also.
