Stone Crab Claws?

Quote  |  Reply

Can't find the nutritional value of Stone Crabs. Does anyone know the values? I imagine the cholesteral level would be high and possible sodium, but the protein high and low carbs are good. I just can't find the serving size and values.

I guess what I'm getting at is, can we cut some calories early in the day to make room for more during the evening? Not an everyday thing, but you know, those once aweek social dinners?

All you can eat stone crabs anyone?

Thanks bagga...

Now, I'm new, just started this week. Can we, on the weekend social dinner, cut some calories early and have them for dinner? I guess I'm in the ballpark of the drinking alchohol post.

I MY experience, I have been able to do that without too much detriment, however, it requires thoughtful eating in the other meals as well as in you 'social' meal.

I may cut a hundred calories off my breakfast, or 50 off breakfast and lunch to be able to add that to what I know is going to be a good meal ... but if I try to hold off on too many calories then I end up over-eating because my system thinks , I have been hungry for a whie and now there's LOTS of food! YAYAYAY!

So I try to make the fewer calorie meals also be high quality meals with a good mix of fiber, proteins and some carbs so I don't get 'ravenous' by the end of the day.

Shave up to a hundred here or there ... not a big deal, I have even been known to skip a planned snack to have those calories available. Did so today because it was a birthday and I wanted cake, so no mid-morning snack for me, but I ate lunch a little earlier than usual and still planned a decent snack so I wouldn't over-eat at dinner.

The way I figure it, I have 1200 poins to spend, may as well enjoy what I am spending them on and stil put as much quality for my efforts as I can because I am definitely worth it.

Any other opinions/thoughts?

Namaste
