oh binging...i've had lots of experience with that!!! haha, yeah i've been given lots of advice too. its really hard though

this is what its like for me:

the worst part is that tugging feeling, you want something, your like drawn to it, but then part of you is saying "no, don't don't be stupid, you can't have that." but then it gets overtaken by the tug, and i just eat, and i can't stop, or i don't even know that i'm eating, until 15 minutes later i look down on my lap, or around the couch and theres chocolate wrappers, chip bags, ice cream bowl licked clean. before i knew it i had eaten over 1000 calories.

one time i ate 4000 cal in a day. just from binging and then my reg meals.

look around the site for binge groups. THERES tons of them, thats prob why not many ppl have responded to your post! :)

I, too have a lot of experience in this area lol.

I have noticed something about myself.  If i am being 'good' and havn't binged in a long time and really want to but have too much willpower to -- i find myself doing it while i'm on the phone talking to someone!   I find that my defenses are down and i will 'allow' myself to do it because i'm not fully concious... Big problem for me.  So .. I'm going to be aware of this in the future.
