since november i had some really serious episodes of binging so i cut out white rice completely from my diet to compensate for it. i still have cereal though, in the morning.
my concern is that i want to start eating rice again, you think i will gain weight since my body hasn't been getting any now i'm eating it?

eating rice doesn't make you gain weight, eating too many calories makes you gain weight. as long as it is within your daily caloric needs it shouldn't matter.
^that's right. Certain foods don't make you gain, but too many calories do. Just don't eat too much of it and you'll be fine.
I think if you added back some brown rice, instead of white, you'd probably have far less binges because it would fill you up!
