Hi :)
Ok I just need 5 lbs. Easy right? I can do it and I have in the past. But now I have a problem. I binge at least once a week. I feel like I take one step forward, 2 steps back. I binged today (appx. 2000-2500) and despite the fact I exercised ( I do so everyday, i am very active) I feel like no matter how much I exercise, if I continue this habit of binge once or twice a week, how can I lose the weight? I'd do anything to not do this anymore, does anyone have any tips to stop a mindless binge from occuring?
hello! this sounds EXACTLY like me!!! I like being about 102-103 pounds but right now I am 106 and need to lose three pounds. I will be so great and exercise and then i will have a binge and dont end up losing the three pounds - it should be so easy!! What I am doing is going on Scarsdale diet for the next week so it forces me to be strict and focus so I don't binge since all my meals will be planned and it wont allow me to binge. Another tip to stop mindless binges is writing down everything you eat which I am going to do also!
