Stranger than Fiction.

I just watched this movie for the first time. I just finished it to be honest as I am writing this, and I must say I am extremely shocked. The movie was wonderful. In my opinion it was Will Ferrell's best work ever. The movie was very touching, I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it to go see it as soon as possible.

And if you have seen it, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.

No one liked this movie?

:(

I liked it as well. Something different from Will Ferrell's typical stuff (which, IMO is hilarious)..it has a little more depth, so I can see that fans of his other work wouldn't be as interested. I enjoyed it!
I am a Will Ferrell fan too!  He is so hilarious.  I loved this movie!  It shows that he is not just a comedic actor, he has a lot of depth.  Highly recommended.
LOVED this movie. It is a very poignient movie. One of my favorites. If you liked this movie I think that you would like "The illusionist" as well.

I liked this movie as well.  Dustin Hoffman and Will Ferrell and Kay Eiffel especially were all wonderful.  Anna Pascal was okay, Queen Latifah's performance was sub-par, but thankfully she only had limited screentime.

If you liked this movie, you would also probably like "Being John Malkovich"

the movie was good, but i thought this thread was gonna be about the chuck palahniuk book!
It was a really cool movie.  I like Winter Passing too but Will's part in that was much smaller.  You might want to check that out too.

Knowan, Being John Malkovich is a great film.  I just love all Charlie Kaufman movies.  Adaptation cracked me up!  His films are similar to movies like Stranger Than Fiction but you gotta think about them a little more.
I liked the movie, except for the end - mmm. too predictable! Otherwise great. I hate those warm-fuzzy movies. Now I want to go see "The Brave One"!

I loved Will in Winter Passing!! "crack cocaine will fry your brain!"

edit: fixed typo

that's probably one of the best lines in a movie ever!

i like when he wears the eye liner!

haha isn't she like "are you wearing eyeliner" and he goes "no" and wipes at his eyes? am i remembering that wrong? i saw it awhile ago.

 yeah...

"crack coincaine, huh? i saw that stuff once on COPS."

loved it!!

yeah, that's what happened.  very funny movie.
I liked it.. it made me want to write.
I loved this movie. Dustin Hoffman was great in it too. "Aren't you glad to know you're not a golem?" Hehehe.
loved it...the allegory was lost on me the first time around, but then after watching a second time i 'got' it...

I loved this movie!

Also, to the chuck palahniuk fan: he is brilliant. I have only read two of his books but can't wait until summer so that I have more time to read. "Haunted" is his next book my list.

Haunted almost made me vomit quite a few times.  A very, very graphic (and sick) book.  Can't deny that anyone that can make you feel that uncomfortable reading fiction is a genius!

On a side note, my copy of Haunted glows in the dark, that freaked me out the first night I had it and woke in the middle of the night to a glowing screaming face on my night stand!
