About Us
This group is dedicated to those of us living abroad, away from our "home" country. We face unique challenges in our host countries, eating different, sometimes 'strange' foods, not being able to access our old standby's, often limited by the choices we can make and not understanding the nutritional content of the foods we're eating. Social pressures are different too, whether it's being expected to eat all the food you are given or what body type is considered "normal." Here's a place to discuss our struggles, vent our frustrations and get sound advice.
