Makes 3 servings

A sweet and tangy salad dressing that's both tasty and healthy. Excellent on spinach salads.

Ingredients
7 fresh strawberries
1/4 cups water
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
Directions
  1. Remove stems from strawberries and puree in a small food processor. Scoop into a small bowl.

  2. Stir in water (regular or seltzer) and lime juice followed by vinegar.
