strength training and extra calories
I know you can't really gain any muscle without gaining weight at first too...How many extra calories should I eat a day? My diet now consists of 50% carbs, 30% protein, and 20% fat.
As for activity, I'm on a training program that focuses on pullups, pushups, situps/crunches, and running. It will start to incorporate weight training next week.
