Stress is what I believe keep me gaining weight, I have family members who just love to get on my nerves and get me in their mess....and I have 2 very active little boys who keep me stress
just doing what kids do. I really don't have a outlet outside of my family circle so its hard to get away. I love my babies with every fiber of my being and my family is my family and i feel like i should be there for them but please tell me where you think i should or need to improve in my stress so i can stop gaining weight

I completly understand. I was doing sooo good on CC when I first started and I dropped 28 lbs. Over the last 2 months its been slowly creeping back on with all the stress lately about money and bills its like the last thing I want to worry about is counting my calories. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things though especially since I dont wanna gain back so much that I dont fit in my wedding dress in May lol
