stressed! and fat again. anyone else?
basicallly, i am 17 and in my final year of A levels( last year of high school to anyone americain) annd id done pretty well last year (gone from 68kg down to 58) by exercising alot and eating well. BUT this year since mid august ive been so tired and stressed trying to sort my uni choices... personal statement( like college essays?) and keep up in my subjects at school. so by the time i get home from school i just collapse and sleep after homework. and my weights just gradually crept back up to 61/62. its not alot, but im 5'3 and a small frame so that much on me feels like a lot. i just want to know if any one else is finding that they are Just toooo tired and worn out by the end of their day to get off their arse and exercise? imm normally an active person so this is really VERY annoying. please, share my rant if your in the same boat :) and plus i worked HARD to loose weight!
I get what you mean. I'm 17 and my high school finals are next week too... Last week the scale went up by 3 lbs with everyone having end-of-year celebrations when I avoided as much as possible anyway. And I was so angry, I mean it's probably partly water weight, but it SHOWS because I'm only 5'1/2. So this week I've been trying really hard to lose the weight even though exams are in a few days and I really should concentrate on study instead of calories. >_>
i KNOW. and you just feel **** so your in a worse mood... personal image affects me more than it should..
