New here & looking for help.

I'll be seeing a specialist but not until Nov. 19th

I've been working out 5 days a week (cardio & weights) for 2 months & have not lost a pound.

Really frustrated & discouraged at this point.

Any advice? Thanks!

Hey there. The only advice I really have is to hang in there. In January of2008 I started a boot camp program, and it wasn't until I'd done it for six months that I finally lost a pound. After that it started coming off faster. Sometimes I think maybe I just needed to get more muscle mass before I could stop dropping. I'm sure you will see results if you stick with it. Until you get to see your specialist, just know that your heart is very happy with all the exercise.
