Soo.. Winter really sucks.
and the past like 2 weeks ive had this extra pudge of fat on the lower part of my stomach. its really upsetting me. im getting upset when i get dressed of how everything looks. all ive been wearing is sweatshirts and comphy clothes. no one else sees it though. like..i weigh about 135 and im 5'3...thats on the higher end of where i could be.i mean when i started i was 153..then down to 125.
i want to get to 115-120 by may 10th for a friends wedding. i need to. i want to look and feel good again. i want to feel somewhat "Hot" when im with my boyfriend. Summer and summer clothes help me have ambition to lose. and its more fun and i really dont know how to explain it. but i just really need this.
im not happy, im always upset about how i look. im always looking down on myseld and being upset when i eat out, even tho when say im at a buffet i limit what i get by ALOT. and i chose chickens,veggies,fruits,jellos.. etc. so its less cals. but i mean,..should i like..detox by body of all the time ive been over eating the past few days? like eat just apples tomorrow and water.. til dinner for valentines day? or something. i just want to get this weight off. no matter how many times a week i go to the gym for an hour, (which is sometimes more and sometimes less) or if i take in less than 1200 cals.. or about 1500.. i mean no matter what. i get larger it seems.
i want to get rid of the extra fat on my stomach/wiast/hips. it was slimmer before.
what can i do
this is a deep cry for help. pleasE!

i do 100+ crunches on days i dont and cant go to the gym..yoga for 30 minutes on occasion.. and when i can go to the gym i go for an hour..and do cardio. burning bout 400-500 cals.
anyone? i was hoping for some ideas before tomorrow.. .. soo this would help alot
Hey now. Deep breathes. I can give you support but don't know if I can help you. I am in the same sorta boat as you. I am 5 3" and started here at 153 lbs. and I am plateaued at 140. I can not get under 140 for the life of me.
I eat 1200 calories a day and that is it because I don't really work out alot. I have been told to up my calories to 1300-1400 so I might give that a try.
I would suggest drinking a lot of water and green tea. I read that eating healthy fats like nuts, avacodo, olive oil, olives, helps the stomach fat area.
Make sure that whatever you are burning by exercising, you are making up the calories with food because if you are getting less than 1200 calories a day your body goes into starve mode.
Hang in there!! you can do it
when i can go to the gym i do about an hour...and i do elliptical and tred mill usually..
ive been eatinl like only fruit all day cuz i have to go out with my boyfriend for valentines for my favorite chicken... chicken francaise i havnt had it in years. but yes its not GREAT for u. and i wanna not gain cuz of it

You are burning 400-500 calories at the gym... what are you burning in total?
Also, you seem to not really know what your total eaten for several days has been, and the stuff you are saying... it doesn't seem that healthy - Tuesday, you put that you ate waffles with sugar free syrup, special k bar, fat-free yogurt (for lunch?? are you kidding me?), 3 oranges, half a cup of soup, and ice cream. In the three days you gave menus for, there was one vegetable - and it was 10 green beans.
I think you are missing something, and that is that your calorie budget should be used for good food, not sugar-free substitutes and miniscule amounts of real food.
My guess of the problem? You aren't eating enough, and when you do eat, you are almost punishing yourself for not losing weight, or splurging on things that have no nutritional value.
Tell us your daily burn, so that we can make sure that you aren't setting too low a limit on your calories, and then maybe people can suggest a meal plan that would be better.
Ok, so I found from an old post of yours that you say you burn 1700 normally. But I'm assuming, based on your height and weight, that 1700 is sedentary. Which means on days that you go to the gym, it's more like 2100-2200.
If you are only eating 1200, you are not eating enough. Even 1500 would be too little, especially if it is mainly, sorry, cr**.
Your bmr is about 1450 (i guessed at your age), and you should NOT be eating below that. On days you go to the gym, you should be eating more like 16-1700.
The reason the tools on this site tell you to eat 1200 is because you don't tell it that you aren't actually sedentary. You add in the exercise as you do it, I'm guessing. Which the tool doesn't know, and so it doesn't give you an accurate recommendation.
Now, you've been at this for a while, so I'm not going to lie - you might gain when you up your calories. But it should start to go down again, once your body realizes it doesn't have to hold on to every bit of fat.
Good luck. I have a feeling you are going to argue, and say you shouldn't eat more. However, you're the one that's been stuck for a while, so you aren't exactly in a position to say what will and won't work. Because clearly eating as little as you have been and exercising as much isn't working. Time to try something new.
The following is a list of my daily food and activity data for this week. I am down from 144 to 141.5.

I don't feel hungry or full. just about right. I don't do much exercise and sit a lot. I ate ground turkey, boneless skinless chicken breast and lots sea food, such as white fish, shrimps, or salmon, and eggs for protein. Lots napa, spinach, mushroom, bean sprout, cucumber, or lettuce for fiber and carb. These food choices are for lunch and dinner. I sure do enjoy the food.
I ate fruit 3 times a day. Mostly oranges and apples because they are on season and cheaper. When I ate blueberries, cherries, or strawberries, I only had about 3-4 finger full of them.
I ate maximum 2 pieces of 40-cal only bread per day.
I cannot say that my plan will work for you. You know every 'body' work a little different from each other. However, I did lost 10 lbs last month. Hope that help.
Two things to remember.
1. Watch out the Sodium Intake
2. You need to have enough sleep so your body can have enough time to burn those fat/cal while you sleep.

Okay. well acutally i have tried upping the calories thats what made me gain the 10 pounds, and now im stuck again. but the only reason i posted those past few days. i was to SHOW u how bad i was doing those days and why i was DOWN on my self.. cuz i usually dont eat like that...and that i wanted support to help me threw those rough couple of days. which are up to TODAY and will end tonight. cuz tomorrow.. i am starting fresh, going to go to the gym, eat leaner, and eat more veggies.. like lettuce, cucumber, tomato, celery and carrots. cuz i really dont like most veggies.
Tomorrow this is my idea:
Wake up as late as i can because i need to catch up on some sleep.
Get up and ready, eat some breakfast..maybe some fruit with toast and tea or something, go to the gym for about 1 hour..then come home and have some salad, maybe with some chicken? and like 10 carrots..then for my snack 3 hours later have maybe an orange and an apple or something.. then dinner, probably chicken with lemon pepper seasoning,no butter,no salt. and either some more salad..or make it into a toasted sandwich on wheat bread (35 cals ) a slice..no mayo..and then when i get hungry little parts of the day, snack only on friuts and veggies because i dont get enough of them in..
i have to buy my mother ice cream tomorrow because she asked me to today and i didnt cuz i was craving it, and i wanted to have self control, so tomorrow im going to get her some kind SHE likes that i dont. so i wont even THINK about having some.
IF the weather is bad at all and i cant make it to the gym, i will do an hour of yoga, i have two disks..yoga booty ballet, and yoga core.
im not sure how much i will burn off that, but at least its something.
im not okay with my body.
and i know alot has to do with poor eating choices lately,
last spring/summer. i did soo good when sugary-chocolatey-ice cream foods were around, i just didnt feel like i wanted them or craved them. sooo i want to get to that point again, and only have them on occasion.
same with eating out, its been like that past 4 days cuz im never home. but i try to make wise choices when i do.
I know how good to eat when im out, i just got to work on not binging and snacking on bad foods when i am in...
the reason the frozen yogurt was lunch one day, was the amount of calories.. i didnt even want to think about adding more.
