Ive been stuck on the same weight for more then a month now =(((

i even increased and also decreased my calorie intake and PLUS

i joined the gym last week too.

still the same weight

I can't offer you a solution just now, because I'm in the same boat, but I figured I'd reply so you know that you're soooo not alone on this one.  It sucks!

If you recently went from sedentary to active, you should be seeing the scale move soon. 
well i did

but the bloody scale aint movin at al!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i am stuck too, for about amonth and i tried a hundred different things.  i thought i broke it last week, but it was just a fluke.  :(  blah
My scale oughta be bloody, the way it's behaving lately!  grrrr  lol
ahh same ere..i thot i broke it about 2 weeks ago but it came bak agn later that evening =(
I find that when I start working out the scale won't budge for a few weeks BUT I notice a huge change in my body right away.  It firms up everywhere, even places I'm not working out.  Your muscles retain more water when they recover from a workout.
Wow now I know Im not alone....I havent lost in 32 days!!!!!! I thought I broke the plateau like 2 weeks ago, but it was just a darn tease...

I'm in the same boat! ugh!!  I think (hope) it's just water weight this week...might be the same for you!  Keep on trying!!  Keep on reading out here...that's what motivates me through these slooooooooow weight moving times!

Best of luck.  Don't give up hope...or, you'll move backwards (ie..eat french fries, and move up the scale!)  Just keep doing what you're doing, and soon, it will help....I promise!  ;-)

i ate french fries today

but then i went to the gym right after finishing them

and burnt 300-400 cals=]
drink more water.  up your calories for a few days.  take it easy on the workouts for a few days.  see if that helps.
i did

and gained like 2pounds

but lost them thankfully!

I WEIGHED MYSELF AFTER I ATE A CORN ON THE COB,A BISCUIT AND MILK TEA!

AND MY PLATEAU WAS 229

AND I WEIGHED 227 ON THE SCALE!!!!!

DOES THIS MEAN IVE BROKEN MY PLATEAU?

I was stuck at 179lbs for 6 weeks.

6 looooooooooooooooooooooooong weeks.

finally, this morning I got 176lbs!!!!!!

what I did different this week is:

* up my fibre intake to 30g/day or more

* increase my water intake from 8-10 glasses to 12 or more/day

* 75mins/day cardio (walking, stationary bike, elliptical)

hang in there! 

what helped me was to take measurements -- even tho the scale didn't move for 6 weeks, my waist shrunk by 2 inches !

I started  drinkin more water-which i have been avoiding kind of... and vitamins for skin,hair and nails. 2 days ago!!!!
Yupp Ive gotten over my plateau

and im 225 today :)))))
