I'm beginning week 4 of my plateau and its driving me insane. My weight loss has stalled several times for about a week at a time after I hit 155lbs, but this is the worst. I'm 5'7" and 141 lbs now trying to get to 135lbs. I eat between 1400-1600 calories a day wich I upped from around 1300 in January. I work out 5-6 days a week for 45-90 minuets a day. I lift weights, do yoga, various aerobics, walking, running, elliptical. I'm not sure why my body is fighting me so hard for these last 6lbs. It's getting so frustrating. Any ideas on how to restart my weight loss would be greatly appreciated.

Lots of the people on CC suggest taking a day or two off and eat a little more to kick-start your metabolism. Kind of to reassure your body it's not starving. Other than that, idk. But congrats on the loss so far!

Ok I'm trying the cheat day.

You might try changing your work out too.  Your body can adapt to whatever you have been doing, so switching activities/intensity level can help break plateaus.
