Ok so 14 years ago I weighed 300 lbs...now I've been stuck at 140 for 6 mos. now.  Last summer into fall I weighed 128, but I literally starved myself.  I want to get to that weight again.    Now I eat healthy, on my feet all day long (own a restaurant & a chef), and I can't lose nuthin'!  SO, question...has anyone tried Zylorin?  Weight loss pill, dulls the appetite, gives energy, yada yada yada...if so does it work or what's the deal?  And any tips on getting past this PLATEAU?  Thanks, peace, luv & happiness.  FF...(former fatty)

First, really wonderful at your progress so far.  I am maintaining at 128, and didn't like weighing 140... so I know where you are coming from. What's your age, gender, height and total calorie consumption on average... including cheat days.
Omg. AM HAVING THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM. cant wait to see what people advice you

first off, thanks so much for the reply ;)!  i am 5'4", i am 35, female, and i eat no more than 1200 a day (sadly enuf including a cheat day lol...see a cheat day for me is like a tbsp. of chocolate frosting).  I am pretty regimented, at least I try.  I own a restaurant, but don't eat my food to extreme.  I used to "pick" then I added up all the "picking" and it was ridiculous!  So, I stopped that.  Thanks for the accalaides also!  Talk to you soon!

Might sound strange, but you're probably not eating enough.  I looked at a couple of different sources, and to maintain your weight you need 2167 calories.  Subtract 750 from that to lose 1-2 pounds a week and you come up with 1417.  Your body is probably beginning to think you are going to starve it, so it's hanging on to what it has.  Our society is so geared to undereating and overexercising to lose weight that people don't understand how the body works.  Think of it like a car - the faster and harder you drive, the more fuel it needs to run.  Our bodies are the same way.  Try increasing your caloric intake by a couple of hundred calories for a few weeks and see what happens.

If you don't put enough gas in your car.... You will not get to your destination.

I'm maintaining 128 pounds on 1500 to 1600 per day. To get to this weight I ate no more that 1200 calories, and exercised most days.  As I neared my target weight, I lost less than 1 pound a week. .. sometimes just 1/4 pound.

It seems to me that we all used to eat way more, and our metabolisms didn't speed up enough to compensate for our eating. Eating more is how we gained weight. So if you think the way to lose weight is to eat more, go ahead and give it a try.
