Stuck in a rut...any advice????

I started hitting the gym and working out with a trainer at the beginning of April.  I see my trainer once a week for 30 minutes and also take 3 RPM (spin) classes and then do another hour of cardio.  Since that time, I have lost NOTHING and my measurements and body fat are the same.  I just started logging my eating on CC, but really...nothing.  I don't use working out as an excuse to eat whatever I want.  I won't say that I'm eating perfectly and I'm still trying to make adjustments, but I just don't think it's right that I haven't seen any results. 

Tips, advice, suggestions????  HELP!

I would suggest that you take a good look at your diet.  Make sure you measure your food for a while instead of estimating.  It is very easy to eat back everything you burn if you are not careful.

Definitely start logging what your eat...ALL OF IT! Even the one little bite of this and that should be calculated in. You may have already done this but figure out the right caloric intake for your height/weight and activity level and make sure you're burning close to 500 calories more than what you eat and over time you should start seeing a difference. Once you know how many calories to eat daily, make sure you stick to it. Talk to your trainer about it, he/she should be able to give you some advice. 

There are so many things that can factor into not losing weight. You may be eating too much, too little, not exercising enough (which doesn't seem to be the case), you could be gaining muscle weight.

I started counting calories around the same time as you and felt really defeated for the first month and a half. I was working my ass off and to no avail. I saw no difference physically or in my weight. I decided to "fool" my body by eating more calories one day and less another. By doing this, I didn't really give myself the opportunity to plateau and I've been tightening up and slowly but surely dropping pounds ever since. I started at 130 and am now at 124 and most of that 6 pounds has come off in the last two weeks, not the first two months, so give it some more time and don't give up. No matter what, all of the exercise you're giving your self is good for your body and mind whether the mirror says so or not.

General flaw to the human mind... we underestimate the volume of bad stuff we put in our mouths and we overestimate the good, i.e. "Oh I only had a half a cup of white rice with white sauce on it" when we really had about a cup and a half. There is also a tendency to think we eat a ton of veggies, yet we aren't calcing that right either. Sure, its tough to face our demons when we feel like we're being graded (like logging food here)... but we're only lying to ourself if we don't.

It takes a couple weeks and the body WILL adjust to any routine. It will stall when it knows what you are doing, i.e. if you go to the gym on the same days and do the same routines, your body has learned this and tried to stabilize the weight. Eat a little high one day, then low the next and completely alter the routine and days when you work out and what you are doing. I saw that you meant cardio, but I didn't anything about weight and strength training. Maybe spend a few weeks just doing that, then return to the cardio, combine them, then do one or the other again.

Everyone else is right - log your food.  If you've been pretty careful about what you're eating, you might be eating TOO LITTLE.  No really.  Especially if you find yourself tired a lot - if you're eating enough and exercising that hard, you should have lots of energy on your less active days.
