Right now I'm studying for an anatomy exam and I'm going for an all nighter today. So I've already eaten my portions for the day and all but studying always gets me those cravings for food that isn't healthy... for me it's mainly potato chips, I prefer salty things to sweets ^^
But right now I'm resisting!! But it's hard... does anyone feel this in these situations? Any tips?? For now my will to lose weight is helping, but do you do anything when you just can't concentrate because of these cravings?

every.....blessed.....day. =] pulling all-nighters is a killer, because you ARE hungry, and you SHOULD be asleep, but you're not. water and apples can help, but only just. cravings are the way my mind tell my body to deal with stress--if i'm stressed out, I eat something. and i'm stressed out quite a bit.

A FELLOW MED STUDENT IN DISTRESS!!! hey im olympe.. just got out of first year.. n babe trust me, i KNOW what you're saying!! its these crazy niteouts.. personally i NEED caffeine n end up od-ing on coffee all nite, then again in the mrng b4 the exam, lol. hmm.. since ur craving salty stuff, why dont you try eating sliced cucumbre with salt? i usually slice a ton n stick it in the fridge for any time munchies... n yeah one more thing.. the cravings you get while studing are mostly Escapism to avoid studing.. best of luck!!
