Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Anaheim peppers

1 pound ground turkey breast, lean
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
29 ounce diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon sauce, hot pepper
1/2 cup cheese, shredded cheddar
4 peppers, anaheim

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Anaheim peppers

In a skillet, cook the turkey, onion, green pepper and garlic powder over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the next six ingredients. bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese.
