Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

a fun side or app. thats easy and tastes great!

Ingredients
6 mushrooms
2 tbsp ricotta cheese, part skimmed
1 clove garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 green onion
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tsp olive oil
Directions
  1. wash mushrooms and pop of caps

  2. chop garlic, green onion, and the stems of the mushrooms up.

  3. in olive oil cook all 3 for 2 minutes or until soft

  4. stir in cheese, pepper, and lemon juice. cook till soft

  5. stuff the caps with filling and sprickle with bread crumbs.

  6. cook at 400 for 7 minutes. serve/eat right away
