Simple Stuffed Mushrooms
| 6 | portabella mushrooms |
| 6 | oz crab |
| 1/4 | cup mozzarella |
| 1/4 | cup bread crumbs |
| 1 | scallion |
| 2 | egg whites |
- Clean mushrooms
- Chop stems and scallion and saute in pan sprayed with cooking spray
- Mix with bread crumbs, crab and egg whites.
- Fill mushrooms with mix.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
