Crockpot Recipe Minimal prep work.
| 6 | green peppers |
| 1 | lb ground beef |
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp pepper |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 1/2 | c cooked rice |
| 15 | oz tomato sauce |
| 3/4 | c cheddar cheese, shredded |
- Remove stems, seeds & membranes from peppers.
- Combine beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, egg, rice, 1/3 tomato sauce and cheddar cheese. Stuff into peppers. Stand in slow cooker.
- Cover with remaining tomato sauce.
- Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
