Stuffed Peppers Recipe

turkey, rice, onion, raisins, tomatoes

Ingredients
2 green peppers
1/4 cup long grain rice, uncooked
1/2 lb ground turkey
1 large onion, diced
1 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes, undrained
Directions
  1. cut the tops off peppers. put in boiling water for 5 minutes. remove and let cool.

  2. mix remaining ingredients. stuff into LARGE green peppers. make a few meatballs out of any stuffing that won't fit.

  3. place peppers and any meatballs into glass baking dish.

  4. bake at 350 for 90 minutes or until turkey at the middle of the peppers is fully cooked.
