Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Sweet peppers stuffed with lean ground beef and rice in a tomatoe sauce.

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup long grain rice
4 medium green peppers
1 large onion
700 ml tomato sauce
Directions
Mix ground beef, chopped onion and rice along with 3/4 c sauce and browned meat. Cut peppers in half length wise and clean. Stuff peppers with meat mixture. Place in a casserole dish and cover with remaining sauce. Use spices or herbs to taste. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hr or until meat reaches 170'.
