For lunch I'm having a 6'' sweet onion chicken teriyaki  with chedder, jalopenos, spinach & tomatoes & a side of chicken noodle soup.

Does the CC nut. label incorporate the wheat bread, or do I need to add that on extra?

According to subways website, the calories are accurate for the sub with bread.  HOWEVER, cheese is not included.  Here is what the calories include: wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, green pepers and olives.

Oh and if you want to cut back on calories tell them no olive oil, and mayo. They put tons of of it on by default. I had to tell them to remake a few because they did it after I said no olive oil. It's almost automatic for some of them.
