anyone here have a love for subway? i have like a love affair with it! i love the salads, the wraps, and everything....the veggies are just SO fresh. and the honey mustard sauce is awesome! and low-fat!!! how awesome does that get?

Yes! I love subway! I eat there about 2 times a week!
It's all about the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki....on wheat! Mmmm...maybe I'll have that today!
actually, i've been into toasted grinders for the last month! i don't know why...first it started out as a craving, now, it's become a weekly adventure to subway or some pizza shop to get my treat!
i just love toasted bread with freshly cooked up steak and jalapenos (you've gotta have the jalapenos). i boycotted dominios for two reasons 1. their pizzas suck and 2. no jalapenos. at least subway has them!
Subway wraps are delicious. Yesterday, I tried a footlong turkey sub on Honey Oat bread--no cheese, no condiments, only lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives, and green pepper. I felt like I had gained an extra five pounds because of the heaviness of the bread. I ate the entire footlong because it completed my caloric intake for the day.

I got hooked on it! ::aaaargh:: thanks to my boss ;p weel, not that it is a bad thing, coz i LUV IT! Gimme toasted subway club or grilled chicken or roastbeef with swiz cheez , vegies, skip the dressing just pepper and vinegar ~ I want to taste my wich, not the mayo ;) , and jalapeno! Mmmmmmmmm

i myself have switched to wraps only.the wheat bread is 200 calories & the wrap is just 120, & you can make any 6inch sub into a wrap, so why not get rid of an extra 80 calories that could be a little snack?

I like to treat myself to a footlong veggie sub after a hard workout. It is 460 calories, and it is delicious.
girls, I'm totally hooked on it! I go there twice to thrice a week! Everytime I order a veggie wrap, no cheese but extra olives and jalapeno, dressed with light mayo and mustard as well as pepper. Still the guy would overload my wrap with lots of light mayo but that doesn't matter. The whole thing is around 270-300 calories, but already filling enough!!! Mmmm, now I want a wrap!

wee. i'm new and this is my first post...
as for subway, i love it. i actually just ate there today. me and a few of my coworker women started diets. we used to eat at a grill across the street every friday, but now we eat at subway.
my favorite is the turkey on italian with onions, green peppers, lettuce, pepper jack, and honey mustard. i'm pretty plain.

I love Roasted chicken on Italian Herb & Cheese bread, with pickles, lots of tomatos, lettuce, green pepper and BBQ & Southwest sauce. lol not the healthiest choice but still my fav. :)
I love subway, but I hate when you ask for a tiny bit of sauce they still load on like a quarter cup or more. But, maybe thats just the subway near here. =P
i love subway! my personal favorites are 6 in. turkey on wheat with lettuce & tomato and 6 in roasted chicken on wheat. and they gotta be toasted!

You know what, I do like subway but not the wraps. Dont you guys think the wrap itself tastes weird, like way too chewy like the bread dough wasnt baked all the way? I do.
My regular is roasted chicken on wheat with double lettuce, tomato and pickles..I skip the sauce because I don't trust them. I add my own extra low cal honey mustard dressing.
If I get a foot long, I eat half for lunch and half for dinner..but I have to be very cautious of sodium the rest of the day......the bread is LOADED with it..but I'm not a wrapper..gotta have mY BREAD *LOL*
