I want to ask. has anyone here changed their eating habbit and loose weight. I am starting a new eating lifestyle and I would like to have tips and opinins from everybody.

Yes!! That is really the only way to lose weight..healthy nutritious eating and exercise.

Back in Feburary I cut out all fast food, fried foods, junk food, and started eating more fruit, veggies, and whole grains. Then my weight loss plateaued a bit so I joined calorie-count to keep track of exactly what I'm eating and burning and now I'm back to losing again!!

Good luck with your weight loss journey, this site is awesome and really easy to use. Just stick with it :)
