Is there such a thing as eating too much yogurt?
Asked by marbear89 on Sep 16, 2009 in Weight Loss

I love yogurt, fruit and granola, but is it possible to eat too much of these?

Answer

Is it possible to overdo (or under do) anything!  Nutrition, like all things in nature, is about the balance.   Yogurt, fruit and granola are wholesome foods, but too much can displace foods that provide necessary nutrients not found in yogurt-fruit-granola.  Furthermore, eating too many calories, no matter how wholesome, can take you over your calorie budget resulting in weight gain.  Eat the foods that you enjoy within the context of a balanced diet, and learn how to plan a balanced diet at the Calorie Count Blogs.
