So, I was actually on track today. Had a bowel of cereal for breakfest and a salad and a orange for lunch. I even did my walk, but than my dad brought home a sugar free brain freeze. Its iced coffee from our local cafiene express so its nothing I can look up. So I called and asked how many calories it has in it and they said not much...they couldnt even tell me an exact number. I dont know, I drank it anyway I didnt want my dad to waste 3 dollars when he rarely makes gestures like that, but I would like to know so I can add it to my day. Can anyone estimate for me?

Coffee = zero calories.  If it contained milk or cream make an educated guess on the amount. If it's 'sugar-free' there won't be any extra calories from that. "Not much" is about right.  Log 50 cals.

In principle... don't worry too much if you get the occasional food/drink that you don't know the calories of.  It won't make any material difference to your weight-loss so it's not worth stressing over.
