Fruit (pineapple & mandarin oranges) with yogurt, pudding and cool whip.

Recipe Ingredients for Sugar Free Fluff

8 ounce Crushed pineapple in juice, drained
15 ounce mandarin oranges in juice, dranined
8 ounce Jell-o Instant Pudding Fat Free Sugar Free
18 ounce fat free plain yogurt
16 ounce Cool Whip Free

Recipe Directions for Sugar Free Fluff

Drain most juice from pineapple and mandarin oranges. Combine in bowl with 3 small containers of plain fat-free yogurt and two small boxes of instant sugar free pudding mix. Combine well and then blend in two containers of cool whip - sugar free & fat free. Can store in cool whip containers and have a little to taste. Makes Eight 1/2 cup servings per cool whip container - total of 16 servings.
