How much sugar per 100g is high?  What should you aim below? Thanks.

If you're looking at packaged food you should regard anything with more than 20g sugar per 100g as a 'high sugar food'... and eat only very occasionally.  

In terms of total sugar consumption aim for about 50g a day average.... about 2ozs.  That should enable you to enjoy reasonable amounts of fruit and a few dairy products plus a small sweet treat.
