According to the analysis feature, I am eating too much sugar. Today, for example, I am 129%. The thing is, I have been eating a lot of fruit, and fruit is high in sugar. Before I started eating so much fruit, my sugar was around 60-70%. So, my question is how bad is it for me to be that high in sugar if most of it is coming from fruit? Should I be cutting back on fruit to keep those levels in check? Thanks.

Maybe you could switch some of your fruit for veggies?... Though, this is an awesome time of year for some great fruit isn't it? Cool I'm sure I am a bit high in fruit sugars too!

I think the analysis tool should count the sugar from fruit less than refined sugar.

I also have a high sugar percentage from fruit, but I eat fewer calories overall when I eat more fruit so I'm not worried about it.  However, there are "better" fruits that are lower in calories and sugar (e.g. strawberries are "better" than pineapple in that regard).
