For many foods the only choice when you log it is "1 serving" and then so on.  Being able to put partial servings for these would be a great help!

You should be able to (I do) -- just put in ".5" or ".25" or ".33" if you do half/quarter/third of a serving -- by the same token just add those to the 1 ("1.5" etc) if you do serving +

Aw man, I posted a photo of an item that come out just as a serving.

Since I'm having trouble with the HTML, here's a link to an example.

When you go to add this to your food log the only option is to add whole sizes in increments of one.  That's no good.

Also, I have an addition to this suggestion.  For items where I put in the nutrition information myself, I'd like to be able to put in a partial serving as well.  These are usually my treats where I don't eat a full serving, just a tad bit.  Some times I have half of the serving size and the math is easy, but for other things where it is odd (like a serving size is 2/3 of a cup and I eat 1/2 of a cup) it would be much quicker to be able to put the information in as given, then enter it as a partial serving.

Ah -- hadn't come across that before... that would be frustrating -- and I agree about the "self-entered" items -- I'm tired of doing the math, I've just about started leaving it at whatever my original serving was -- if I eat more, I add it twice, if I eat less I suck up the calories...
I wholeheartedly second both these suggestions. I've run into them both a lot and they're really rather frustrating.

me too. Sometimes I'll have only half a portion of one of my recipes and there's no way to log that.

Another thing I would like to see is a breakdown of where nutrients are coming from in the analysis section. I can see calories, carbs, protein etc but I;d also like to know where my biggest fibre portions are or where they're not. Others might want to know where the cholesterol is lurking without having to check with each individual item on the log.

...me three...or....I guess four!
