A suggestion and a quick question...
First of all, I want to say 'thank you' to whoever made this site and the its editors now, it's really a great help for all of us trying to lose, gain, maintain weight or just wanting to learn something about a healthy lifestyle.
The tools are really helpful, but I think there is one thing more to be added. It would be great if we had some kind of body fat calculator on CC.. I always have to visit other sites for that, and then keep a record elsewhere etc.
Also, some information of how much liquids (water) we consume daily would be a good idea.
And a question - when i log fruit in the food log, should I measure it with or without skin? I'm talking about bananas, grapefruits and similar stuff, where as much as half of the weight comes with skin.
Some things already have 'with peel' or 'without peel' options in food browser, but how to log rest of them?
