I have trouble drinking enough water during the day. I would like to see a graphic display for a amount of water I've consumed. Maybe like 8 empty glasses at the beginning of the day that would get filled as I log my water?

I had to respond since we both have the same name.
I used to be a Weight Watcher leader (for fun). The best hint I ever had was to drink water thru a straw or sports bottle top. For some reason, it seems like you drink a lot more. Try it....what do you have to lose?

Another helpful suggestion for you:
I got a plastic bottle, one of the ones that has measurements up the side saying how many ounces it is. Mine is 22 ounces, so I just aim to fill up the bottle 3 times per day. Less to keep track of, and then I can bring it everywhere with me so I remember to drink my water!
I really don't like straws. But I do use a 1L sport bottle. And while the bottle is on my desk, I still have problems remembering to drink it. Sigh.

oooooooh..... i totally wish that suggestion will be granted.. im on water therapy and a water log will be very helpful..!!!
anyways, i use a 1-L bottle too.. and im trying to drink two liters of water in a day.(about 64 ounces)

I put how many oz of water I drank in a day in my food log if you search for 'water' it will come up. :]
But I would love to have a little meter on the site
Becaue of medication, I have to drink at least 2 litres of water a day! I found a way to easily do just that. I mix up a pitcher of homemade sugar-free lemonade. It equals 8 cups or 2 liters. I some times drink even more or just plain water. I cannot have regular juices as it increases my glucose but there isn't a problem with this stuff . (My dietition asked for the recipe.!)
If anyone is interested in it here it is:
1 cup Realemon (that's in Canada....it's from concentrate)
7 cups water
7 packets of Sugar Twin or other calorie free sweetener( equal to 14 tsp. of sugar)
I put the pitcher in the frig first thing in the morning and then I make sure it's all gone by the time I go to bed!
A water log would be wonderful. My sister and I are both trying for a minimum of 8x8. I re-fill my 16.9 oz. bottle thru the day and am trying to enter it to my food log.
I also second the vitamin or supplement check off!
